The preferred General Operations Managers of Select Countries should be a native of the country in question knowing the laws and customs of that country and adhering to them as well.  

He will and/or should come from within the graduates of AGS Life Academy* (themselves having gone through the 26 weeks FREE program) and therefore that have lived it and understand the whole incredibly huge universe-wide picture of the Academy.  If not already a graduate, must plan on going through the full Diploma program as quickly as possible.

Will specialize in certain cultures or nations.  All AGS Life Academy policies, curriculum & textbooks must remain the same as the rest of the world.

They may begin either personally or having others translate the full AGS Life Academy program into local languages, dialects or customs within approved guidelines.


Job Description: 

Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of AGS Life Academy for a specific country based upon the guidelines of AGS Life Academy International

Duties and responsibilities include tailoring policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of human resources in all areas of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services for a specific nation based on the overall policies and guidelines of AGS Life Academy International.



  • Primary task is to teach students the AGS Life Academy way.
  • Enforce policies and rules of AGS Life Academy International.
  • Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production and acquisition, pricing, sales, or distribution of products and services within a specific country.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the President, various organization officials such as the International Sales Manger, the National Sales Manager, International Franchise Manager and other staff members as necessary. 
  • Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations and increase effectiveness.
  • Plan and direct activities such as marketing and sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required.  Heavy emphasis on Social Media, Social Networks and Guerilla Marketing techniques.
  • Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new volunteers and employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Work with individual students to determine qualifications, limitations, abilities, interests, and other individual characteristics.
  • Monitor and overall responsible for all students' performance to make suggestions for their improvement and to ensure that they satisfy course and Module standards, training requirements, and objectives for their overall benefit to be the best they can be. 
  • Prepare students for further development by encouraging them to explore additional opportunities with AGS Life Academy International.
  • Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices based on appropriateness.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement.



In this day and age with everyone doing their own thing, we want to clarify certain key terms so there is no misunderstanding:


Administration and Management Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique and coordination of people and resources.  Must have gone through the Dale Carnegie Human Relations 12 week program.
Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.  Must have gone through the AGS Life Academy 26 week Foundational Hope, Leadership & Success Program.
Personnel and Human Resources Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Economics and Accounting Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Computers and Electronics Knowledge of electronic equipment and computer hardware and software and their usage.
English Language Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.  Speaking ability should also be exceptional.
Clerical Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems and other office procedures and terminology.
Sales and Marketing Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.  Should have gone through Tom Hopkins Sales Training Program AND have heavy marketing emphasis on Guerrilla Marketing techniques of such gurus as: Dan Kennedy, Yanik Silver, Jay Abrahams, Joe Polish, Gary Halbert, Ted Nichols, David Ogilvy, etc.
Communications and Media Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

Independence Job requires developing one's own ways of doing things, guiding oneself with little or no supervision, and depending on oneself to get things done.

Adaptability/Flexibility Job requires being open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace.
Concern for Others Job requires being sensitive to others' needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job.


Full & Part Time

To be negotiated on an individual basis but for a whole country, should plan on being full time with at least 100 students in the entire country or group of small nations. Obviously, more the better.



To be determined.  We are expecting the return to the General Operations Manager to be quite generous.  Yet to be determined and/or negotiated but tied to performance.  Perhaps in the $60,000 to $90,000 range.  Please consider one example not cast in stone at this time.

Please understand, there are no unions at AGS Life Academy so everyone would earn what they are worth based on their individual performance.  Regardless of gender, nationality, culture or background. 

Again, we're expecting that remuneration to be quite generous and super rewarding and fulfilling and all staff to be quite content.

Also, one cannot forget even more importantly is the knowledge YOU, personally as responsible for people's lives, are gaining helping not only individual students help themselves quickly, in 26 weeks, but their families, their employers and fellow workers and all they come in contact with within that specific country. 

Teaching them how to raise their standards in life and live life on their own quite well.  Actually, abundantly in peace and happiness and harmony all around them.  Not being dependent on others.  A true producer. 

Raising their standards and character beyond their and others wildest expectations.

In addition to them, the student, one could easily add you'll be helping all those other social endeavors that your students interact with. 

In other words, their community, their state, their region, their country, their continent.  AND ultimately, the world as a whole.  Seriously.  All based on YOU and what YOU have done for them.  Within that specific country you will be assigned.

*  If not already a graduate, must be or begin to be working in that Diploma Program direction.  Should be sending us directly the requirements for the Diploma Program to show you are going through the Program you'll be responsible for in your specific country.  No fees nor registration are required however.  A Diploma will be awarded at the conclusion.

Simple question - how can you be responsible to teach and promote what you do not know yourself?
